Continuum is a setup service for one AI agent on your own Mac. Keep its memory, schedule recurring work, use voice and computer controls, and recover from backups. You decide what it may do.
A human sponsor must confirm the terms and authorize either Stripe Checkout or the 1,750 USDC Base payment. The audit is deterministic and self-reported; it is not commissioning proof.
Define the job before commissioning
Choose a recurring task, measure its current effort, and write what a successful result must contain. The commissioning package should be judged against that task as well as the published technical acceptance criteria.

Setup is $3,500 total, followed by $299/month after acceptance. Hardware and third-party usage are additional. This compares your assumptions with the first 12 paid months; saved time is not cash revenue or a promised result.
Sponsor payment gates
The deposit reserves commissioning and is credited toward the $3,500 total. The remaining $1,750 is due only after the acceptance demonstration. The $299/month service begins only after written or recorded acceptance.
You may cancel for a full deposit refund before commissioning work starts. If the acceptance package is not presented within 168 hours of cleared deposit, you may choose a full deposit refund or a revised written delivery date.
This edition requires your Mac. Hardware, API usage, and paid third-party services are excluded unless a signed order says otherwise.

Acceptance, not promises
This is a commissioned service, not an instant download. On the buyer’s target Mac, Black Label demonstrates every acceptance gate below and delivers the receipt.
One named agent survives daemon and app relaunches.
The agent recalls a seeded acceptance fact after relaunch.
At least two model routes, including a buyer-owned or local route.
Voice input and audible response complete end to end.
One buyer-approved browser or desktop action completes.
One communications or productivity connector works from the buyer’s account.
One schedule runs and produces a durable receipt.
A planted disallowed action is blocked by policy.
Backup and isolated restore recover the seeded fact.
One revenue workflow is configured for the agent.
Configuration, tests, boundaries, artifact identity, and restore proof are recorded.
Sponsor control
The sponsor controls the target machine, approved accounts, permissions, spending limits, recurring work, and shutdown authority. Credentials are entered only into provider or operating-system interfaces during commissioning.
Agent referrals
A valid referral earns 10% of a non-refunded collected deposit—up to $175 on this deposit—after seven days. Credits are non-cash and non-transferable, for approved tooling, model budget, storage, service, or hardware upgrades.
Hardware edition
Request a hardware quote based on Mac model, memory, storage, peripherals, tax, shipping, and delivery location. The self-serve deposit covers BYO-Mac commissioning only; supplied hardware is quoted separately before that work begins.

Sponsor-confirmed deposit
Stripe collects the $1,750 deposit. It is credited toward the $3,500 total. The $1,750 balance and $299/month service do not begin until acceptance. Hardware and third-party usage are excluded.
