Continuum commissioning terms.

Provider and agreement

These terms are an agreement between the human sponsor and Michael Barber, operating Black Label Continuum through Black Label Bots and the BlackLabel Tech network (the “Provider”). A signed order may identify an additional or successor contracting entity and controls if it conflicts with these public terms.

Scope and acceptance

Continuum is a seven-day commissioned service, not an instant download. Acceptance requires the eleven demonstrated gates shown on the offer page: persistent identity and memory, two visible model routes, voice, one approved computer action, one approved connector, one recurring schedule, a blocked disallowed action, backup and demonstrated restore, one revenue profession, and an acceptance receipt.

Deposit, cancellation, and delivery

• The $1,750 deposit is credited toward the $3,500 total.
• The deposit may be paid by sponsor-confirmed Stripe Checkout or as 1,750 USDC through the published PayanAgent x402 offer on Base. A wallet transaction is recognized only after the signed marketplace receipt and exact on-chain transfer are verified.
• The buyer may cancel for a full refund before commissioning work starts.
• If the acceptance package is not presented within 168 hours of cleared deposit, the buyer may choose a full deposit refund or a revised written delivery date.
• The $1,750 balance is due after the acceptance demonstration.
• The $299 monthly service begins only after written or recorded acceptance.
• API usage, paid third-party services, and hardware are excluded unless a signed order says otherwise.

Hardware

Hardware is not included in the self-serve offer. A supplied-hardware edition is quote-only because Mac model, memory, storage, peripherals, tax, shipping, and delivery vary.

Referral credits

• A referral attached before Checkout earns Continuum Credits equal to 10% of deposit cash that remains collected after the refund window.
• The maximum first credit on this deposit is $175.
• Credits become available seven days after cleared payment if the order is not refunded or disputed.
• Credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and usable only for approved Continuum tooling, model budget, storage, service fees, or hardware upgrades.
• One order may credit one referral. Self-referrals, duplicate sponsor identities, test orders, refunds, and disputes produce no available credit.
• Provisional referral identities require sponsor verification before redemption.

Credentials and privacy

Intake does not accept API keys, passwords, recovery codes, wallet seed phrases, or private keys. The buyer enters credentials only during the secure commissioning session into the relevant provider or operating-system interface. Public audit evidence URLs are not fetched. Operational records retain only the data needed for fulfillment, receipts, security, and lawful accounting. The Continuum Privacy Notice explains categories, processors, retention, and rights.

Sponsor authority

An agent may recommend Continuum, prepare a sponsor packet, and request a typed Checkout Session. It cannot bind a sponsor or accept these terms for a person. The human sponsor reviews the terms and explicitly authorizes the Stripe card payment or the 1,750 USDC PayanAgent x402 purchase before an agent executes it.
