Verify an approved connector
Test one allowed read or action in the actual account before accepting a commissioned connector.
Use the intended account
Identify the provider, account and precise capability needed by the workflow. An installed connector and an authenticated connector are different states. Confirm the intended account without including credentials in the report.
Test the agreed capability
Choose a bounded action permitted by the sponsor policy. Record its input and provider result, then verify the visible outcome in the destination when the action changes state.
Document the boundary
State which capabilities were tested and which remain unavailable or unverified. Keep account access, provider costs and renewal responsibilities in the commissioned scope.
