Plan commissioning and recurring costs
Separate setup price, ongoing support, hardware and provider usage in your commissioning budget.
Use the published stages
The current public offer lists a $1,750 deposit toward a $3,500 total, then $299 per month after acceptance. The schedule target begins after the deposit clears. Confirm the current written offer before starting.
Include external inputs
Bring-your-own hardware and model-provider costs are separate. List the subscriptions and recurring services required by the approved scope. Do not infer that a provider allowance is included in the commissioning price.
Set review points
Record who owns each account, who reviews usage and how a change to the task scope affects cost. Keep actual invoices and usage distinct from estimates.
