Scope a recurring public research task

Make the output concrete

A useful research scope names the question, approved public sources and expected report. For county research, include FIPS identifiers and source dates so similarly named places are not mixed.

Define the recurrence

Specify when the task runs, what counts as a meaningful change and where the result goes. Keep permissions for sending or publishing separate from permission to gather information.

1. Name the source and retrieval window.
2. Define the expected report fields.
3. Identify the review owner and permitted destination.

Require a real receipt

The commissioning gate includes a recurring task receipt. Demonstrate a completed scheduled run and inspect its result; a configured schedule alone does not establish successful operation.
