Commissioning documentation

Write the sponsor policy

Record allowed actions, spending boundaries and review requirements before commissioning recurring agent work.

Name the decision owner

The sponsor defines the purpose and authorizes the agent’s scope. Identify who may revise that scope and which actions require a separate review. Use concrete actions rather than a broad instruction to operate a business.

Define the boundaries

List the sources the agent may read, the systems it may modify and the output destinations. State recurring costs and any spending ceiling in the commissioning scope.

  1. Specify permitted reads and writes.
  2. Identify review-required actions.
  3. Record who may change the policy.

Test a blocked action

The published acceptance gates include a sponsor policy block. Choose a controlled action outside the agreed scope and record that it is stopped as intended.
